Ångerrätt och Returer

Som kund har du rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar från den dag du mottog varan. För att utnyttja din ångerrätt, vänligen meddela oss skriftligen via e-post eller genom att använda vårt kontaktformulär (se nedan). Ångerfristen börjar gälla från den dag du mottagit varan.

Villkor för retur:

• Kunden ansvarar för att stå för fraktkostnaderna vid retur.
• Produkten ska returneras i sitt ursprungliga skick, oanvänd och i originalförpackning.
• När vi har mottagit varan och kontrollerat att den är i godkänt skick, kommer vi att återbetala hela beloppet för produkten, inklusive eventuella ursprungliga fraktkostnader. Återbetalningen sker inom 14 dagar efter att vi tagit emot varan eller information om retur.

Hur du genomför en retur:

1. Kontakta oss via e-post för att anmäla din retur.
2. Förpacka varan väl och skicka tillbaka den till den adress vi uppger.
3. Efter att vi mottagit varan och kontrollerat att den är i gott skick, återbetalar vi beloppet till den betalmetod som användes vid köpet.

Observera att vi inte accepterar returer på originala konstverk eller digitala produkter.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email or by using our contact form (see below). The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

Return Conditions:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Once we have received the product and confirmed it is in acceptable condition, we will refund the full amount for the product, including any initial shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the product or the return information.

How to Return a Product:

• Contact us via email to notify us of your return.
• Pack the product well and send it back to the address we provide.
• After receiving the product and confirming it is in good condition, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for original artworks or digital products.
